The information provided during the reservation or purchase process will be stored on our servers. Since travel services are often booked in advance, we may retain this data for up to 18 months. After that period, your information may be stored for:

Quotes and Reservations

Reservations made through our booking engine are processed immediately, including payment and confirmation code generation. For service quotes, a travel advisor will respond within a maximum of 24 business hours.

Quoted prices may be subject to change as they depend on third-party providers. You will be informed of any price changes before payment. Once the service is paid, the price will remain fixed.

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Events

Cusco Open Tour is not responsible for force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, delays, or cancellations of flights, trains, or buses. However, we will do our best to assist you with rescheduling, changes, or refund requests when applicable.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject any transaction flagged by our fraud prevention system. Our platform includes fraud detection tools that help protect both the user and our business from unauthorized transactions.
