Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in Tourism
Our Commitment
At Cusco Open Tour, we reaffirm our commitment to protecting the rights of children and adolescents. Therefore, we subscribe to, promote, and comply with the Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents from Sexual Exploitation in the Context of Tourism and Travel (ESNNA), promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR).
This policy is part of a national strategy aimed at social development and the protection of vulnerable populations, with the goal to raise awareness, provide training, and mobilize the entire tourism sector in the prevention and eradication of sexual exploitation of minors.
Zero Tolerance Policy
At Cusco Open Tour:
- We reject and condemn any form of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents.
- We do not promote or allow any illegal act that harms the integrity of minors.
- We act in accordance with Law No. 29408 – General Tourism Law, which requires reporting any unlawful act we become aware of during our operations.
How You Can Help
If you know or suspect any case of sexual exploitation of minors, we urge you to report it immediately. Your report can make a difference in a child’s life.
